We’re taking on Costa Rica for Aussie kids! 🌴🚴♂️🛶🥾
We’re taking on the Costa Rica Traverse — a 12-day, 300km+ adventure through Costa Rica’s jungles, rivers and volcanoes.
We’ll raft, hike, mountain bike and kayak our way through some incredible (and seriously challenging!) terrain.
It’s going to be TOUGH. But every kilometre will be worth it because we’re taking on this challenge to help Australian children break the cycle of disadvantage through education.
In Australia, 1 in 6 children are growing up in disadvantage. Without the right support and the essentials they need for school, disadvantaged children can struggle to keep up, stay engaged and reach their potential.
Education changes everything.
Your donation can help The Smith Family give children the practical support they need to thrive at school — from essential school supplies like books, bags, uniforms and shoes, to extra learning support when they need it most.
Help us make every kilometre count.
Whether you donate, share our page or send us a message of encouragement, you’ll be part of our journey and helping Aussie kids build a brighter future.
Thank you for your support — and please wish us luck! We’re going to need it! 💙
